jjwiin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document and any supplementary policies published by jjwiin:

• "jjwiin," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jjwiin platform at jjwiin.net and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the jjwiin website, its mobile-optimised browser interface, and all features, games, tools, and services made available through jjwiin.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who registers for or uses a jjwiin account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's jjwiin Account wallet at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balance awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which jjwiin is obligated to conduct under its international gaming standards compliance obligations.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, football match, UFC bout, or other event on which jjwiin offers betting markets.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jjwiin platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, jjwiin's Privacy Policy, and any specific rules, bonus terms, or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjwiin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms should be read alongside jjwiin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jjwiin.

To register for and use a jjwiin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. jjwiin does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or use any part of the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register Accounts on jjwiin.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through jjwiin's own responsible gaming tools or through any external problem gambling support program.
5. You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any relevant authority or support body in any jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or agent of jjwiin or any of its technology or game-supply partners.

jjwiin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, including before approving any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on jjwiin at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering your jjwiin Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• Date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
• Valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name
• A valid email address you actively monitor
• Your payment method details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, etc.) matching your registered identity

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jjwiin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jjwiin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe an Account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on jjwiin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwiin supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast instant payment, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jjwiin Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing times. jjwiin does not charge a fee for deposits, however your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by jjwiin within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and the time of day the request is submitted. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jjwiin will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to the Player's account tier and verification status
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2–24 hours

Source of Funds: jjwiin reserves the right to request documentation confirming the lawful source of funds deposited into your Account. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not optional. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation will result in suspension of your Account's withdrawal functionality.

All bets placed on jjwiin's sportsbook, including cricket betting, PSL fixtures, football, and UFC markets, are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed once jjwiin has issued a bet confirmation and the bet appears in your Account's open bets history. jjwiin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including due to technical faults, data feed errors, or obvious pricing mistakes.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on jjwiin and may vary by sport, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets, including live PSL cricket odds, are subject to temporary suspension at any point at jjwiin's discretion, particularly following key match events such as wickets, boundaries, or technical interruptions. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided.

• jjwiin accepts bets in PKR only
• Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where jjwiin's Cash Out feature is available and the Player initiates it before the event concludes
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon settlement
• jjwiin's decision on all bet settlements is final, subject only to the formal dispute process outlined in these Terms

jjwiin reserves the right to apply individual bet limits or account betting restrictions to any Player at its sole discretion, including where patterns of betting suggest exploitation of pricing errors or systematic arbitrage.

jjwiin's casino lobby includes slot games, live dealer tables, Teen Patti 20-20, Mahjong Ways 2, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar, among other titles. All electronic casino games on jjwiin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP): Each game's published RTP percentage represents the theoretical long-term average return to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes and does not represent the return you will receive during any specific gaming session.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events in the live studio environment (card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are not subject to RNG certification. Live game studios used by jjwiin are independently audited for fairness under international gaming standards.

Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer or electronic game, jjwiin's system will attempt to complete the game round using the last confirmed bet. Where a round cannot be completed, the original bet amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. jjwiin will not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's own internet connection failure.

jjwiin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each offer, which are published alongside the promotion. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds awarded by jjwiin are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received.

Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Sports betting contributions are specified per promotion. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

• jjwiin reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time, with notice to affected Players where practicable
• Bonus funds are credited in PKR and do not carry any monetary value until wagering requirements are completed
• Players found abusing bonuses — including through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts reviewed
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or payment method
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players and jjwiin reserves the right to withdraw promotional eligibility from any Account at its discretion

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjwiin platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one Account on jjwiin, including under different names or contact details
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's payment details, mobile wallet, or bank account for deposits or withdrawals
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, collusion in live casino or poker games, or exploitation of software errors
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on jjwiin
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other Players to guarantee profits regardless of outcome (arbitrage or matched betting strategies that exploit bonus terms)
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including layering funds through the Platform
• Attempting to access or tamper with jjwiin's systems, databases, or game software
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward jjwiin's support staff

jjwiin is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this responsibility seriously and have built meaningful responsible gaming tools directly into the jjwiin platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered jjwiin Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of PKR you can deposit into your jjwiin Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately or increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out of jjwiin.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive in-session notifications at regular intervals reminding you of how long you've been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jjwiin. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period selected (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property appearing on the jjwiin platform are the property of jjwiin or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jjwiin without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jjwiin software or games
• Use jjwiin's branding, name, or logo in any context without explicit written permission
• Frame or embed any jjwiin content on any third-party website or application

Any unauthorised use of jjwiin's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwiin's total liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwiin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect
• Losses arising from a Player's inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses arising from a Player's own internet connection or device failure
• Any third-party claims made against a Player in connection with their use of jjwiin
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks)
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, civil disturbances, or network infrastructure failures beyond jjwiin's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes jjwiin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

jjwiin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account on jjwiin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include identity verification (KYC), transaction monitoring for AML compliance, fraud detection, and personalisation of the gaming experience. jjwiin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jjwiin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, restructuring of clause numbering, or clarifications that do not change the substance of any obligation) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the jjwiin Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using jjwiin and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

jjwiin operates under international gaming standards applicable to its licensing jurisdiction. These Terms and the relationship between you and jjwiin shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which jjwiin operates.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and jjwiin, you should first contact jjwiin's support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. jjwiin commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to jjwiin's formal complaints process. Details of the formal complaints process are available from the jjwiin support team on request.

Bet Disputes: All disputes relating to bet settlements must be raised with jjwiin support within 30 days of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. jjwiin's settlement decisions, once reviewed through the formal complaint process, are final and binding.
